EV Charging
A high priority at D2D is to bring the latest and upcoming technologies to bear where it enhances efficiency and convenience.
With EV’s becoming more prevalent, charging these vehicles as an amenity brings great value to the driver and a further potential source of income for the owners.
Once the EV is parked, a charging cord connected with the pallet automatically charges the vehicle at the dedicated stalls.
Once charged, the D2D System automatically moves the vehicle from the charging station to a non-charging stall. This now makes room for other vehicles to be charged.
With smart algorithms in place, fewer charging stations are needed and can be utilized to charge other vehicles.
Automatic Car Wash
Like the charging option, the vehicle is maneuvered into a dedicated Car Wash Container.
Utilizing a 100% touchless system, the vehicle is washed and dried all using recycled water.
When the process is completed the vehicle is returned to its stall ready for the owner’s call.
While the owner is at work or shopping, they return to a charged shiny car. Delivering Lexus/Ritz Carlton level of service.
Container Storage
Instead of delivering a pallet to load a car, here, a container arrives at a Car-Port.
Like the charging option, the vehicle is maneuvered into a dedicated Car Wash Container.

When the process is completed the vehicle is returned to its stall ready for the owner’s call.

Security Portal
For applications that require high security, D2D can install an extremely sensitive drive-through portal that detects narcotics, explosives, radioactive materials, plastic weapons, and even bodies hidden inside trunks.
The security portal would be installed in the car-port to the D2D just prior to driving into the entry terminals. The security portal creates photo-like gamma-ray images revealing the threats.

Cylindrical System Advantages
- More cars are accomodated on the same plot of land.
- More cars are accomodated in a smaller space leaving additional space for commercial use.
- Same number of cars can be accomodated in less than half the space of conventional parking.Vehicle theft and vandalisn are no longer an issue and driver security is assured.

There is no need for a parking attendant; just insert the key and press your parking space number and the pallet will rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise. It will automatically sense which way to rotate by space number.

Free-Roaming System
The modern D2D Fully Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Parking System
Consisting of free-roaming, battery-operated, Omni-directional robots using traffic management software, markers, vision systems, and lasers for self-guidance to manage the automated storage and retrieval of vehicles.
The Advanced Fleet Management System – is able to communicate and coordinate up to 1000 AGV’s simultaneously.
Advanced Dynamic Route Planning – route planning enables efficient algorithmic parking strategies. The D2D AGV operates automatically without pre-planned routes, no cables or tracks are required.
With an average retrieval time of fewer than 120 seconds, the D2D AGV is one of the most effective automated parking solutions available.
The Grab N Hook System
Grab N Hook System Advantages

- Mid to high throughput (the number of vehicles transacted at a given time)
- A low cost per space
Considerations of Grab N Hook System
- With a rectangular footprint, the system’s design requires a straight transport lane spanning the system. As such, the design has limited flexibility.
The D2D Sprinter Fully AUTOMATED PARKING SYSTEM
Also known as a Rack & Rail system is designed to move vehicles on fixed rails. Utilizing lifts to transfer vehicles to a waiting transfer platform to one of numerous levels.
Once the vehicle is in the Car Port, and with the driver and passengers having cleared the port, the Grab N Hook slips under the car, the wheels are clamped, passing the vehicle to the waiting transfer shuttle. The transfer platform travels horizontally and places the vehicle in its assigned stall above or below ground level.
Similarly, a pallet system uses a platform or pallet that the car rests on to transport to and from its parking space.
When entering the transfer cabin, the vehicle is immediately parked and positioned on a pallet and remains on the pallet when stored in the garage. Once the pallet with the vehicle is removed from the transfer cabin, an empty pallet is brought back to the transfer cabin for the next vehicle.
The Rubx System
Rubx system advantages
The Rubx is a highly configurable system designed to fit within existing parking garages. This adaptable system can work in all kinds of circumstances and unique spaces, especially where developing more land is not possible.
Freedom of layout
The system slides between multiple daisy chained steel planks. These also act as individual parking spots for vehicles. The system resembles a children’s sliding puzzle, with mechanisms that move the platforms up, down, and side-to-side as it delivers the car to it’s stall and back on retrieval.
Short retrieval time
Since the pallets are transferred via the shortest route, combined with high-speed lifts, Retrieval is completed in the shortest possible time. Making this system compatible with large capacity parking facilities.
Low noise and low vibration
Various ways to lower noise and vibration have been devised, through such means as the incorporation of an inverter control, small capacity motors, non-consolidated pallets, independent pillars and urethane rollers, etc.
